Our property shares the roads with businesses including EWEB and the Oregon State Department of Fish and Wildlife. The roads are unfamiliar to many people and can be hard to navigate at night. Ultimately we want to ensure the best and safest events for all of our couples and their guests.
Our business ultimately sells an inventory of dates. Once you’ve booked a date, it is no longer available for other clients, so we do forfeit other business opportunities based on your reservations.
If the forecast predicts rain we suggest renting a tent and setting it up on our front field. We additionally have a small barn we can move into if needed. Many of the party rental companies have tents of various size to match your weddings needs.
Unfuntately we cannot allow wedding guests or couples to camp at our venue over night. As a working farm we work at all hours, and would hate to wake up guests at odd hours while we work.
We provide couples with ample signage to use to guide guests between locations at our property. We understand there is a bit of distance between the river location and the forest, so we include lots of way-finding signage to get guests from point a to point b.
All couples are required to have wedding insurance for their weddings. Couples work long and hard to have the perfect wedding day. We want to ensure that if anything were to happen every party contributing to the wedding is insured including the bride and groom.
